On September 20th, Dr. Elizabeth Yeu implanted the first ACRYSof Toric Aspheric UV Absorbing IOL in the United States while using the groundbreaking NGENUITY 3D surgical technology for the very first time ever in Virginia.

The NGENUITY 3D Visualization System allows surgeons to operate looking at a high definition 3D screen, instead of bending to look through the eye-piece of a microscope.

It was a historic day at Virginia Eye Consultants and one that brings a new level of technology from Alcon to help our surgeons provide the very best visual outcomes for our patients.
