What Is Sculptra?

Your Sculptra Treatment

For most patients, Sculptra filler is injected in a series of three treatment sessions that are spaced out over the course of a few months. Each treatment works to restore the supporting collagen in the skin’s tissues and rejuvenate lost volume to reveal beautiful and youthful-looking skin.

Is there anything I should avoid after a Sculptra treatment?

Following a Sculptra face treatment, you should avoid strenuous activity and exercise, aspirin, alcohol, and direct sun exposure for at least two days as these activities can prolong swelling.

When will I see the final results from Sculptra?

Results from Sculptra injections are cumulative and continue to improve as your skin’s collagen production ramps up. Patients typically see a noticeable difference in their skin at roughly six weeks, with continued improvements culminating at roughly the six-month mark.

How long does Sculptra last?

Sculptra injections can last for up to two years.

Does Sculptra have any side effects?

Sculptra is considered safe but can cause mild side effects including bruising, pain, swelling, and redness.

Can I combine Sculptra with any other treatments?

Yes, many of our patients choose to combine Sculptra with other anti-aging facial treatments such as Botox^®, lip augmentation with Restylane^® or Juvederm^®, or CO2 laser resurfacing for more comprehensive facial rejuvenation.
