Did you know that every 21 seconds someone is diagnosed with diabetes? It’s why we ride every year in the American Diabetes Association of Hampton Roads annual Tour de Cure.
Last year, 15 Virginia Eye Rollers pedaled with a purpose through some stunning scenery in Virginia and North Carolina with 950 other riders who all joined together on their bicycles with one goal in mind: to help raise money and awareness to stop diabetes.
Registration for the 2019 Tour de Cure is now open and we hope you will roll on over to their website and sign up with your friends to help find a cure for diabetes, one pedal at a time.

Why wait to start training? If you register for the Tour de Cure by November 3rd, you’ll be eligible to join a special training ride at Virginia Eye Consultants. This will be a fun training ride split into A, B, and C groups according to speed and distance. Don’t miss your chance!
