A Vision in Blue…

This past Sunday several employees of Virginia Eye Consultants and their loved ones started off their Sunday afternoon by walking for a cause: walking to fight blindness. We gathered around in blue to support Hampton Road’s first ever Vision Walk, an organization created to aid in research for those who battle, or know someone who battles with retinal degenerative diseases. It was a three mile walk along the Oceanfront’s board, with over 500 walkers-all there to support the foundation. Whilst Virginia Eye Consultants raised over $2,000.00, collectively we achieved $62,527.28! How’s that for a first?! We are proud and honored to have been apart of a walk that has made such a difference.
