Optometric Resident

Dr. Juan Farias received his doctorate from Rosenberg School of Optometry in San Antonio, Texas where he participated in clinical research with a special emphasis on eye pressures. Throughout his years in optometry school, he was recognized by the Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society and dedicated time serving as a tutor for other students in need of assistance. His clinical externships provided the opportunity to experience rotations including glaucoma, contact lenses, low vision, perioperative management and ocular disease in a wide variety of settings, including community clinics that treated patients with a high volume of pathologies.
