John Sheppard, MD, president of Virginia Eye Consultants is currently featured in a Besivance® Patient Case Study.
In the case study, he describes a 63 year-old female who had many instances of painful red eye with acute discharge and discomfort. She also carried staphylococcus aureus in her nasal cavity.
Dr. Sheppard treated the patient with Besivance® three times. That, combined with a course of oral antibiotics successfully halted the vicious cycle of recurrent infections.
