Getting to Know Dr. Williams
Dr. Devin Williams is committed to treating anyone he sees as a human first and a patient second. By aiming to educate patients about the intricacies of their eyes and help them to better understand the problems they may be having, he includes them in his treatment process and believes this provides them with a better overall experience and result. Dr. Williams graduated from Old Dominion University Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology before going on to receive his Doctorate of Optometry, with honors.
He took a special interest in contact lenses and ocular disease during his time in an Advanced Studies in Contact Lens clinical program that allowed him to better understand how to fit a wider range of contact lenses, to better treat unique patient needs. Dr. Williams has made his home in Hampton but hopes to soon move closer to Virginia Beach. In his personal time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, in addition to being active outside.
